They are very friendly, kind,taking care and give many cleared information that relates what the guests suggested or requested. For the problems in urgent, they always be fast to solve these problems for guests, it means that they always kindly negotiate all situations. Very nice hotel , big room , clean , good breakfast and excellent service particulary Miss Kim nai who is so kind and very good service mind. Far from the city a little bit but easy to find Tuk Tuk to go some places and not expensive.

Nice trip at this hotel. Nice location, good breakfast, comfortable room and helpful staff. Especially Mony, Dorng and Dudom, they are very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Siem Reap. 酒店很高大上，早餐丰富，味道不错，放假舒适，花园很美，没有发现蚊子，酒店大厅很漂亮，有两个大大的秋千。酒店员工很nice，乐于助人。下次来暹粒还会住这家酒店。

I have stay for one night # 1049 at Sokha hotel & Resort Siem Reap. It's was wonderful stay. My room 1049 well clean,Breakfast selection is good, staff at breakfast are friendly, service excellent, door men friendly and helpful. Specially, Ms.March that be around in the lobby to looks after us and very friendly. Definitely come back again. Thanks. E & H
