We stayed at the hotel for a week, and it is really great! The rooms are big and well kept, and the wifi connection is good. The breakfast is excellent, and there are almost too many choices. The other restaurants at the hotel are ok - not great.
The pool area is very nice, however the staff don’t enforce their own rules, so other guests use the pool without rinsing off first, and they are allowed to wear clothes in the pool.
There are tuk-tuks parked outside the hotel, and a ride to the city centre is 2$. A daytrip to the temples is 18$, and money well spent.
We contacted the hotel in advance via E-mail about airport pickup, but they never replied (or picked us up).

Stayed there for two nights. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Nice lobby and good restaurant with Cambodian and Continental cuisine. Room size was very spacious. Rooms contain Jacuzzi and stand in shower. Beds were nice and comfortable. Good quality free internet. Iron was not available but could be requested from the front desk staff. Nice pool and surrounding resort like plantation. Not very far from night market - 15 minute walk- and famous Pub street and shopping area. Near to a restaurant where Apsara dancing with dinner was shown. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and eager to do what you want to request. Certainly would stay again.

This is our second stay at the Sokha in Siem Reap. We love this hotel. Short walk to supermarket, restaurants and markets. It’s colonial charm, large rooms and the pool are all part of why we like to stay here. Highlight was arranging a trip with a driver and car from the hotel was to Koh Ker. Even the tuk tuk drivers that are just inside the entrance come with the knowledge the hotel trusts them.
