They have very accommodating staff.the breakfast buffet was a very decent spread. The hotel is located close to the center of town...5-10 minute walk or a $2 tuk tuk ride. 
Food available nearby as is the supermarket to the left of the property. Very nice sized pool. Room service is reasonable. The hotel honors request for microwaves, extra towels, choice of pillows and even allowed the children to enjoy the room service in the comfort of the 2nd floor lobby. La calidad hotelera de los hoteles de 5 estrellas en Camboya es más baja que un 5 estrellas en VIetnam( para los combinados VIetnam-Camboya ). Es un hotel correcto que en España sería un 4estrellas, el personal es muy amable y con muchas ganas de agradar. La piscina es bonita y tiene una buena carta de cócteles a buenos precios. Las habitaciones son amplias aunque algo antiguas. El desayuno esta bien. Hotel recomendable de lo mejor , sino el mejor en Siem Reap.

Staying at the Sokha Angkor Resort was an amazing experience. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection and varied every morning. The staff was beyond expectations, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was serviced multiple times per day. One day I accidentally left the room safe unlocked, one of the staff noticed and locked it leaving a note to contact reception to have it unlocked. Loved the pool. Couldn’t help but feel I was staying at the nicest resort in Siem Reap. I felt very safe leaving possessions in the room while I was out exploring Siem Reap. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in any of the Sokha hotels or resorts again.

2013年7月25日から4泊、デラックスプールビューに宿泊しました。
部屋は十分広く、木の床でカーペットに比べ清潔感があります。掃除も行き届いていました。物を落としてベッドの下をのぞきましたが、埃は一切なし。メイドサービスも迅速でした。
観光上の大きなメリットは、ホテルのコンシェルジェでアンコールの遺跡パスが買えることです。国営ホテルなのでソカ･アンコールでのみ可能とのこと。通常は遺跡入り口のパス売り場は購入しますが、結構混んでいます。あっという間に取得できてラッキーでした。

/>パブ・ストリートへはトゥクトゥクで5分ほど、ぶらぶら歩いても20分弱で着きます。
ホテル周辺には地元の人が行くようなレストランやショッピングセンター、コンビニもあり、観光客エリアだけでは飽き足らない方には楽しいと思います。歩いて5分ほどの「LYLY」というレストランは日本のテレビ番組でも紹介されていました。チャーハンがおいしかったです。
