Reception did not charge as extra for an additional two hours for the room after checkout and were also very helpful eloiciting local knowledge about facilities in the region. The internet was fully operable and reliable. The resport has a range of restaurants, cafes, spas and a well-stocked gift shop. My wife had a massage as well as a pedicure, indicating that both were high quality and excellent value for money. Patrons respected the "No Smoking" requirements of our floor, the lobby and the breakfast room - a welcome change from other countries we have visited. I am considering using the resort as a venue for future staff conferences and student excursions, the latter to study the Angkorian temples.

dollar i thought why not the rooms were cleanded spottless and had the biggest and best bath i have ever seen in any hotel and when i had to check out early i asked the lady in reception if i could stay in my room for a few hours more she gave me a big friendly smile and said of course you can go back and relax plus no extra charge witch i would have payed but her smile and kindness made me feel like royalty (sorry forgot the ladys name) would i come back to this hotel 100% yes would i recomend this hotel to anyone 100% yes thanks for everything.
