After researching many hotels in the area we finally arrived at this luxurious hotel. What a find. Best choice for a perfect stay.Reasonably priced. Beautiful spacious rooms & the housing the best hotel beds we have ever slept in. Staff always do their utmost to make sure that guests are happy. Fantastic pool. Spotlessly clean hotel. I happen to be a Celiac and thanks to Pea, the chefs and staff who make sure the restaurant runs so smoothly, I was given gluten free bread for the 6 days I stayed there freshly baked, just for me each morning. 全体的に満足です。部屋もかなり広く、落ち着く雰囲気でした。とにかくシャワブースとバスタブが別れてるのが魅力です。観光で疲れた体を癒すには大きなバスタブに浸かるのが一番ですよね(^^)
朝食も美味しく種類が豊富。
プールも素敵でしたが時間がなく断念。
ジャスミンスパはかなりオススメです。
日本の高級ホテルのスパよりもはるかに技術は上だと思います。
ホテルには日本人スタッフもいるため、安心です。
また行きたいです。

硬體設施不是超現代的那種（但也不舊），不過飯店外的石材卻是取自吳哥窟寺廟同類的，真的很特別！整體空間真的很大，飯店接待人員都很友善又始終保持微笑喔！
住房的隔音是很棒的，在此休息真的很讓人舒服，房間的面積也不小。早餐的種類算是很多的，座位也超多！而此飯店仍具備高級餐廳（座位較少）提供晚餐，還有位於地下室的Jasmine SPA，與台灣的按摩相比力道輕很多，但那氛圍跟服務仍然達到讓人舒緩壓力的效果。

More than expectation... The receptionists were so friendly and able to handle all the requests I required. Breakfast was great, and the pool was very large. Definitely, I will be back to this hotel again.

I went to siem reap for my wife's bday trip.

the japanese restaurant was also very nice.

but the bday cake service was the most awesome service we've ever had.
we didn't mention anything about my wife's bday, but when we came back from a tour, there was a lovely bday cake with a birthday message.
I assumed that they checked my wife's bday when we checked-in.

just one cake made this resort best, and we never forget it.

I really appreciate to all the staffs of resort again.

I will definitely stay here again when i visit siem reap.
