Takezono (inside the hotel grounds) is probably the best Japanese restaurant in Siem Reap. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite and not intrusive in the slightest. I could not single out one particular item as pretty much everything is superb. No, it certainly isn't cheap, but it's hardly expensive either. That said, however, the drinks are overpriced to the point where you'd rather go thirsty. Recommended - just have a drink or two at the lobby bar beforehand!

This hotel is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Great selection from the buffet breakfast. Wonderful pool and poolside service. Close enough to the action, yet not over crowed. This hotel made for an amazing trip.
