Best restaurant
Staff were very courteous but English was a struggle. Couldn't make ourselves understood but that's common in Siem Reap. We hired a driver so he could help us translate. This hotel has a hidden gem, the restaurants. We had lunch and dinner there. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was included. They were all very good. Breakfast had a long line of local and western food. Make sure you try the bread. We can see the kitchen which looked very professional, stainless steel and white uniforms. Lunch and dinner were very slow. Don't eat there if you are in a hurry. But they were worth waiting for. I wouldn't mind eating there everyday if there were enough time. The serving staff looked like they just graduated from hospitality
