I attended a week-long meeting at this hotel and everything was fantastic. It has a great breakfast, very friendly staff, lovely rooms, beautiful pool area, and convenient location. I would definitively stay here again if I return to Siem Reap.

The Sokha hotel offers large and well-appointed rooms with a local flair. Location is excellent - near the town center and with easy access to the temples. Rooms have wood details and floors and are well-appointed. Best rooms overlook the courtyard and pool. The pool is spectacular. Service is terrific and friendly. The restaurant offers a great breakfast - lots of options and choice. Highly recommend a tuk tuk ride through the city - hotel is happy to organize.

We spent two nights in the Sokha during a 16-days trip in Cambodia and Vietnam (8 hotels). There is nothing to criticize in this hotel, except the lack of individual reading lights above the beds. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff, very rich breakfast buffet. It is recommended to book rooms with garden/pool view (difference about 20 USD/night) as they have balconies and they don’t overlook a busy street.

We stayed in a Deluxe Pool View room which was very spacious with a huge bed and a balcony which opened onto the central part of the hotel which contains the pool and other open areas. We were far enough away from the pool to see it without being disturbed by any noise - not that it's a noisy place anyway.
We couldn't fault this place. Staff were uniformly helpful, courteous and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection and good quality. Evening meals were also of a good standard though a bit more expensive than town, which is to be expected.
The weather during our stay was extremely hot which limited our use of the outdoor dining areas but I'm sure it would be lovely eating there in slightly cooler

Our favourite hotel in Siem Reap

We love this hotel - I think it’s our 7 or 8th time. The rooms are spacious, the bed is extra large, the pool is the best at any hotel we’ve stayed at. Breakfast is a wonderful selection with chefs standing by to prepare eggs, soup etc.... See More
