Our trip to Cambodia was unexpectedly luxurious. This resort was lovely with clean rooms, amazing staff and a fabulous pool. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff and they made the resort the best experience. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. We would recommend this hotel for everyone, families and couples.

The manager in that hotel (Benjamin) was just exceptional! We had a little issue when we arrived (King bed is not practical when you travel with your son). He fixed the issue in less than a few seconds. Each time we met him during our stay, he would make sure to verify if everything was OK with us. The last day he called my son by his first name and offered my son his personal phone number in case he had a problem in is next destination (Bangkok)

The hotel itself is a first-class hotel: room, washroom, pool, reception, services are the best possible imaginable. The real question is always this one: if we would have to come back in Cambodia, would we return to this hotel: without a doubt the answer is YES!

Greeted with a cold towel and drink upon check-in, nice gesture. 
Warm and friendly staff. Spoke english well enough to tend to your needs. Certain staff members could speed up their working pace. Things do get done but at a slower rate than elsewhere. Ordering a beer should not take 15 minutes. 

The rooms are spacious and clean, but could do with some finishing touches. Aircondition was superb. The TV signals suffers heavily from interference or bad connection, but I am not here to watch TV anyway. 
WiFi signal was consistent, but the speed was slow at times. 

Short way to Angkor Wat, shops and airport, ideally positioned in other words.

Nice service, delicious food, and great accommodation. The most surprised and excited thing is the gorgeous cake for celebrating our honeymoon trip. All the staffs are so much friendly and helpful as well.
