一月二十八号因为商务需要到暹粒出差，从agoda网站订了Sokha Siem Reap resort ，tuktuk送我到酒店，进入大堂后受到体贴入微的check in，柜台服务员笑容可掬不厌其烦的理解我的破英文，我特意记下服务员的名字，下次要订房的话就直接请她帮忙，Sreymarch 谢谢你，房间也是宽敞明亮

Just 2 nights experience in this hotel surprisingly the room very large and clean, the moment we on the TV our name appeared on the TV screen with a word warm welcome. Every single information, F&B menu and other information all on the TV screen.When we were entered the hotel entrance the staff greeting with Cambodian traditional way, i noticed that every single staff in the hotel from doorman to reception F&B staff concierge they always greeting us with smile and friendly, especially Front desk staff Sreymarch was helpful,they were look very well trained.

2月14日入住酒店，给我的第一感觉就是很有礼貌，环境也非常的好，十分喜欢酒店的感觉。服务人员每天定时的打扫，贴心的服务给了我家的感觉，在入住酒店的这几天里，让我完全没有任何的不适应和不满意，十分开心。对于酒店的早餐，也是很丰富多彩的，特别喜欢本地的米粉，虽然每天都是人很多，但还是很愿意排队来品尝美味，对于一些不愿意排队的人，服务人员也很严厉的制止，所以很满意酒店的所有服务，下次还是会带着家里人来入住的！！！Thanks LiLy!
