A spectacular hotel: the staff are very friendly and always willing to assist, the architecture is breathtaking, and the general feeling is simply fantastic! I was welcomed very warmly by a doorman when I arrived, and my luggage was even carried to the room for me. All in all, I do think this may be one of the best hotels in the area!

The room was fantastic, and I loved everything about it. Borey Vanna, who was at the front desk during my first two days, was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me, even giving me a brief tour of the hotel. He helped with my spa appointment, resolved TV issues, and assisted with in-room dining. The hotel truly deserves its five-star rating, and the staff was exceptionally polite and always ready to serve.

The Incredibly friendly and attentive of the staff was excellent and The food is top quality and the rooms very comfortable, perfect pool and lots of design. The location of the hotel is incredible just 15 minutes walk to Siem Reap city center and by tuk-tuk to Angkor wat temple just 10 minutes drive. A beautiful facility! Breakfast was generous and fresh. Staff attentive and friendly. Room clean. Be sure to visit the SPA area too! Market easily accessible with TukTuk, there is always one in front of the hotel.

Good & clean stay for us. The Hotel took special care in providing vegetarian dishes for breakfast for three days of our stay. The spread was good. Very courteous staff especially Huon Samedi who took special Care of us. Will come back . The rooms were spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. Value for the money
