The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:


  • Bachelor degree or in related field, is preferable
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Housekeeping in a 4 or 5 stars hotel
  • Team management
  • Proven Supervisory abilities
  • Strong Customer Relations skills
  • Good oral communication skills, both verbal and written, for purposes of creating and using reports to Executive Housekeeper
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Must have full knowledge of hotel’s procedures.
  • Superior time management and relationship building
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good computer knowledge such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint





  •    Is committed is to provide and create a healthy, friendly and natural service by “Caring without compromise”.
  •    Directs the Housekeeping department and utility services of all hotel guest rooms and public Areas
  •    Contributes to the overall cleanliness of the hotel by maintaining organized and efficient Housekeeping and Laundry operation;
  •    Maintains accountability for the cost, utilization and performance of Team Member’s and equipment.
  •    Issues all supplies and equipment for cleaning of guest rooms and other areas in accordance with policy and procedures.
  •    Maintains a 3 par inventory of linens
  •    Maintains control of the lost and found log and reviews log with the Executive Housekeeper Manager on a monthly basis.
  •    Maintains any other records as necessary to control the department
  • Scheduling and planning of all manpower needs, equipment and supply requirements for department
  • Maintains controls of Team Member’s uniforms and name tags, ensuring that they are in proper condition, worn at all times and readily available. 
  • Conducts effective Team Member’s meeting and counseling sessions.
