Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities related to IT matters and ensure its smooth and successful operation within Group of companies, subsidiaries, projects and sites
  • Develop and implement IT standard and procedures within Group of Companies, specification of computer according to job grade/level, computer replacement, software eligibility and licenses, computer disposal etc.
  • Supervise IT personnel and subordinates in all relevant IT matters and ensure its smooth operations and coordination with departments and subsidiary companies
  • Response and attend to any emergency or breakdown as requested by sites, management and subsidiary companies within the Group
  • Research, coordinates, and executes related IT training in support of company procedures and policies, ongoing day-to-day operational needs, and new projects
  • Maintain computer, network, and server to ensure running smoothly
  • Support in developing and maintain information systems (HRIMS, payroll, attendance, accounting system, purchasing system)
  • Establish necessary security measures, prevent and ensure security of data, network access and backup system
  • Manage routine schedule of computer checkup, data storage & backup and anti-virus projection.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in which of 3 years in supervisory level
  • Experience in managing subordinates and supporting large departments or more than single business
  • Very good in troubleshooting, anti-virus protection, backup, data storage and management
  • Willing to travel to sites and work in a long distance and hours
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking, response to issues on a short notice and meet deadline
  • Communicate effectively among internal team and colleagues from different areas or work locations
  • Supervisory and leadership, ability to manage subordinates and ensure the team is performing effectively and meet with minimum requirement of businesses
  • Exposure with multinational company, cross-culture environment and large group of company and its subsidiaries, is an advantage.
