  • · Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • · Minimum 5 years of work experience in supervisory level within Human Resources Department
  • · Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • · Organizational skills, management ability, Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • · Advance knowledge of Microsoft office
  • · Fluency in English and other language is a plus




  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions and ensure the maximization of selecting the suitable employees to the right job.
  • Plans and conducts the hotel orientation for new employees to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
  • Assist department heads to implement management policies and requirement of the employees.
  • Overseeing the human resource department staff and handling all issue involving employee complains or questions that cannot be responded by Human Resources Executive.
  • Organize staff recreation activities such as annual staff party, touring, special incentive program for staff with outstanding performance.
  • Overseeing the employee staff notice board in posting the employee-related information in ensuring that all staff are compliance.
  • To perform other tasks that may assigned by Human Resources Manager.
  • Assists Human Resources Manager in supervising in the Human Resources Department. Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies.  To ensure that the interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
